Horseriding

If you are a mad keen horserider then Susan River Homestead is the place for you!! Our horses and their abilities range from the quietest most sedate horse (for those just wishing to sit and enjoy the view) to the experienced rider only horses who will give you the challenge and excitement that you're looking for!! We cater for all types of horsemanship skills here at Susan River Homestead. We have (oh isn't that one cute!)kiddies ponies right through to (omigod it's a monster!) horses for all types of adults no matter what your level of riding expertise.

Our mounting times are twice daily at 9:30am and 2:00pm and all you have to do is ring and book one day in advance. We take a minimum of 2 riders and a maximum of 20 riders. We have huge paddocks so all get to have a good ride (loads of cleared spaces for you to run in) and not to mention the picturesque countryside which you will be passing through fast or slow which ever the case may be.

Water Skiing

The ski boat we have is a Gilflight Laser with a 350 Chev motor onboard (now that conjours some serious speed thoughts!) which is more than suitable for all our skiing needs. One of the boys will operate this for you - (Travis, Cameron, Glenn or even the boss Norman) We have plenty of ski's available for all our guests to participate in and we can even teach you how to ski (for those who like to try something new!). Just for the kiddies and the big kids alike we have our own kneeboards (easier than skiing so I've been told) for you to skim the lake with.

Parasailing

Thrill seekers look no further!! Just the thought of a parachute behind a ski boat is pure delight (or madness whichever way you look at it)!! You will get to enjoy the wonderful scenery plus the thrill of flying behind a very fast boat doing laps on our very own Lake McLean. All strapped in and ready to go??
